We recommend commissioning our Governance-to-Go Programme for three years with an annual review and development phase built into the program. This includes ensuring that each board completes an annual self-assessment as per the AELP Guidance for Good Governance, formulating and developing the advisory board and supportive boards including memberships, structure, remit, business cycle, schedule of meetings, governance toolkit, governance self-assessment, and membership training and coaching.

Our Director of Governance Non Exec | Chair of the Advisory will act as an advisor and coach to your senior leadership team in respect to the approach to quality and standards of provision, expectations, and minimum standards. We establish KPIs for the Advisory Board and operationally to include four success measures: Quality Success, Learner Success, Business Success (finances and funding), and Market Success with defined deliverables and three-year targets.
