Our highly successful, trusted interactive Inspector Calls service is designed to help your organisation, teams, and individuals successfully prepare for an upcoming Ofsted Inspection. Core to our approach is embedding working practices and generating evidence that demonstrates your provision meets the exacting requirements of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework in providing high-quality provision.

Pre-Inspection Action Plan:

Our team will work with members of your senior leadership team and governance board to develop a pre-inspection action plan using the outcomes of the Education Inspection Framework Heath Check. This is the first step to ensuring that your team is ready for the inspection.

Inspection Toolkit:

On completion of the Inspector Calls health check. Our team will work with you to develop core documentation, evidence requests, meeting requests, a bespoke learner performance data pack and Ofsted Inspection timetables to ensure that you can respond promptly to the Inspection Team following notification - 48 hrs prior to the actual inspection. This approach will prioritise key tasks during the notification and preparation period.

Inspector Response Coaching:

Core to any successful Ofsted activity, is the way in which indivduals and teams work with and respond to Ofsted questions. Our team will provide individual and team coaching and role play scenarios to enable individuals and teams to respond confidently to inspection activity.

Support During Your Ofsted Inspection:

As soon as you receive notification from Ofsted we will be by your side working with you and your team during the duration of the inspection.

Education Inspector Calls  Health Check:

We will conduct a health check activity to identify where you are in the inspection process. Our team will use inspection team working practices, timeframes, and procedures during this activity, ensuring that leaders and managers, tutors, support teams, and learners are prepared for the inspection process. This activity is often referred to as a ‘mock inspection’.
